Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your sneakers from RimkluxSneakers. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our refund and returns policy is here to make things as smooth as possible.
1. Return Period
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The sneakers must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.

They must be in their original packaging, including any tags, laces, or accessories.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
We cannot accept returns for:

Sneakers showing signs of wear, dirt, or damage not caused by us.

Customised or special-order products.

Gift cards or downloadable products.
3. Exchanges
We will replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (if available). If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a refund instead.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If your return is not approved (e.g., product worn, damaged, or missing packaging), we will return it to you at your expense.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
8. Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.

If the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, we will send the refund to them.
